My account has been limited for almost 1 year. I’ve provided all documents and they have all be checked off with green checks... PayPal has not lifted the limitations. I’ve reached out to the call center, Facebook and Twitter and they all keep sending me back to the submit documents page... I can’t submit anything because everything is checked green.
