Reference ID: PP-009-005-395-394, I currently have limitations on my account that I have been waiting for seven months to undo, please be aware that this is terrible customer service. The limitation is on my Social security number and it has been "in review" for the past several months and nothing has been done about it. I have an image of the numbers if that would be sufficient. PLEASE VALIDATE MY ACCOUNT, I'M DONE WITH THIS APP. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS BLODDY UNUSABLE?!
