Account Limitations

My account is limited and I can't submit any valid ID because I don't have one. My National ID is on the process. Is there any other way to do in this matter?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Hi @angelxtrxcy,

 

I'm sorry to hear that your account has been limited. If PayPal is asking you to submit proof of identity in order to lift a limitation, you will need to supply a government issued photo ID with your name and date of birth on it. You will be unable to lift the limitation until this information is provided.
