I checked my email this morning and saw something about a limitation being levied on my account. Why?, you ask? Apparently they needed me to verify the age of a developer on Google Play that I purchased an app from, and then claimed I had made a purchase from this individual on an FDA restricted/regulated product. 
I don't know who's running the show over there, but you folks need to pull it together and get some training. I've been with Paypal since 2009 and I've never experienced the kind of stupid that I did today. Let's not have a repeat, please.
