Hi, good day. I have a concern on my account, because I suddenly can’t transfer money as well as use my account to pay a merchant. I ordered something earlier and on checkout, I was notified that my account had an issue. To note, this is the same merchant that I bought items and paid using my same paypal just the other day. I have no pending requirements, I have no pending issues. Appreciate your help on this please.
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
