I’m trying to lift my account limitations but it needs my card to confirm my identity. I’m no longer using my old card and I’m not able to add my new card because of this limitation. How do I fix this?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
