Account Limitation

Hi,

My account is limited and it's already past 180 days without communication on how to withdraw my money. 

Somebody help what to do since customer care is not available.

Sadly if your account was permanently limited you do not have the normal withdrawal options of equity or mpesa.

You would only be able to withdraw to a U.S bank account if you own one, so if you do contact paypal customer services to see if you can now withdraw the funds.
