Hello, I provided a proof of fulfillment but after putting it, it stated "Please check your information again or provide more details." They want me to check it but it won't let me see what is wrong. They said they can't find any recent order though I think it is because it is an international shipping. How long does account limitations last? It's so inconvenient especially in times like this when people need money.
