Account Limitation

Hi! Really hoping someone can help me. I have had an email from Paypal that they are initiating closure of my account and I am unable to use the service. I am not sure why this is - I was using an individual account and maybe I needed to use a business account, but I am happy to pay the fee and change over? Can someone help me who has had this problem before? Is there any way of resolving the problem or is my Paypal account gone for good?
