I had received my stipend for an internship via PayPal last October. After that, my account was put under limitation. I have submitted all the documents including a letter stating that I rendered research services and no supplier was involved thus no receipt will be applicable, however, these documents have been under review since November 2019. It is May 2020, and all I get as an answer from the agents online is, "Wait for 5-7 days" if I am lucky to get any reply. There have been instances where the agent doesn't even respond. This is mental torture, I cannot receive my money because of these limitations. Documents under review for 6-7 months.
