I sold items on Ebay (around 5 or 6) and suddenly am having an account limitation where one of the requirements to resolve the limitation is to provide receipts of the items I'm selling. This does not make sense to me as to why I would even keep the receipts of the items I've sold or why I need to show them. Their customer service is down because of corona and I don't want my account to be limited to where my money will be frozen there. Please help, thanks.
