Account Limitation

Hi I sold a product recently and my account is limited. I have provided the required informations except for the purchase receipt because the product was bought 3 years ago and I cannot find my receipt. I called the Paypal hotline 3 times and they said that it took 72 hours for my account to be reviewed but it's been a week and I haven't received any confirmation email from them.

Is Paypal haven't review my account because I didn't provide the receipt? And also how can I solve this problem?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
