My account was limited, If you're unable to submit the required information by 26 Jan 2019 or if we notice additional changes in your account activity, your access will be further limited. And i provide all required information, but till now no one responded me! I have money on hold on the account as well and unfortunately I can not link my bank card because my bank is refusing it! Please help me to remove limitation, I can provide all the documents you need and I already did it. Just can not understand where will be my money because I really need them. I am waiting for your responds and unfortunately you don’t answer me. And I have no opportunity to call abroad as well to speak with PayPal. Thank you, Hope that somebody can help me.
