Account Limitation Help!

Hi All,

 

Hoping you can help me out. I have a business account with Pay Pal which I set up a few weeks ago. As part of the setup they limited the account until I provided a bunch of documents to ensure that we are a legitimate business. In the resolution area everything is ticked and it has been a week now since I provided everything and yet no emails from Pay Pal, and my account it still limited.

 

Any ideas how I can get this resolved as we need it to start trading with, and I cant seem to get onto anyone at Pay Pal.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
