Account Identity Confirmation still not confirmed after almost 2 weeks

I have seen a few posts similar to this one without any resolution.

I still have the "Identity Confirmation Dashboard" alert on my account and all my funds are on hold despite having submitted all necessary documents almost 2 weeks ago. I phoned into customer service several days and they assured me that the hold would be lifted as soon as the Identity Confirmation was completed. They also mentioned that it is very odd that the Identity Confirmation was taking this long...

I have emailed in several times in regards to this issue with no response.

Anything I can do or should be doing here besides waiting?

Payout Schedule is coming up in a few days and my Account Identity issue is still present.

Unsure if these payouts will actually come through unless Paypal completes the confirmation on their end.

Any help out there?
