Yesterday our account was put on a complete Hold (we can receive funds from sales but cannot access them) after we switched our payment provider from Stripe to Paypal. The Sales volume isn't high (maybe a thousand dollars?) and individual sales amounts are very small (average $10). This is put a complete hold on the business - we don't specifically want to go back to Stripe as it was causing a lot of cash flow delays and other issues! I have customers asking when we will be able to fulfil shipments yet we can't afford to because Paypal is holding our revenue hostage. I emailed in to Paypal and they're response was that because we are selling on eBay my payments are being put on the side. We have never sold a single item on eBay. We are a brick and mortar / eCommerce hybrid that sell exclusively on our own platforms. From what I have seen, the only way unlock these funds is it INDIVIDUALLY upload a shipping/delivery confirmation and the funds will be unlocked 21 days later? I just wanted confirmation from someone that Paypal expects me to put my business on hault for a month, pay for stock for every single sale, pay for shipping for every single sale, pay for staff wages for a month and wait over a month until I see any revenue whatsoever? Surely that can't be the case! Please let me know if I am missing something here...
