Account Closure

Please I have a problem closing my account with PayPal, I was initially told I can't use PayPal anymore, and I haven't been able to link my bank nor Card, I couldn't access or call customer care service, can someone tell me what to do...Please

If your account is permanently limited then sadly you can't close it, paypal limits it to stop you using any of the linked information to try and open another paypal account against their rules.
