Account Closure Appeal

I recently got an email to update my details for Paypal which I completed. As soon as that was done Immediately I received an email saying that Paypal Is going to close my account. They say you can appeal this decision but every time I call their customer care they just say to use the email or message service.

 

I used the email and messaging service and all I get in response is automated reverts. This is annoying because I have done nothing wrong, I am a valid user with all my documentation clear and no frauds going on. I wonder if there is a way out of this or a way to at least get someone to listen and look into this.
