I understand ammunition , firearms and certain parts are not allowed, but what about a reloading machine? It is just a machine, no ammunition components or gun powder involved.

Technically, a new automatic rifle does not include ammunition or gun powder either.
Let me put it another way, skirting around the rules hasn't always worked out well in my life, just speaking for myself here.

Skirting around the rules? The whole reason I am asking is to make sure I am within the guidelines. Using an example that is clearly defined as a firearm to make your point is ridiculous. I wanted to make sure that the anti gun nuts understood what a reloading machine was. Just that, a machine. Nothing scary like an "automatic rifle"
