Does PayPal back the sales when using PayPal to buy a TPE <removed> Doll costing around $500 to $800?

Some stores are just a website, and scam buyer, so does PayPal support those Purchases?

Paypal just processes payments for you, its you that decides what seller or site you want to buy from.

Suggest you risk assess your own sellers/purchases.
