I ordered dolls from China July 15th. They came Sept. 25th and were hideous looking. I filed a dispute. Co. Kept emailing me as PayPal requested to settle. Insane emails. very scary! I boxed up took pics mailed back. Sent all attachments to PayPal with pictures. Int'l dept. did repay me for shipping $27.75. Pay pal canceled my dispute because they could not track it from JFK when it left country to China. RIP off vo. Now has their merchandise back and my money! Seriously wrong for PayPal to do this!!! In the interim my 90 year old mother died, my husband got covid then gave it to me. I am disgusted and sick and tired of going around in circles with PayPal. Any suggestions people??
