Hello Paypal community!

One month ago , I ordered some clothes and I don't know why , but they canceled my order.

So I thought it was canceled , but Actually it was not.

They charged canceled money , and I paid it.

So I open the case , and weeks later , Paypal denied it.

Paypal says "our records show that this transaction was processed correctly"

But I attached my canceled order status , and charged my card company receipt.

Every time I open the case , paypal keep deny my case.

I attached every single piece of my proof order status and charged receipt , keep deny it.

And now Even case has been closed , I don't know what to do.

310$ is big money for someone , and Please help me..

I don't know what to do now ...

I'm in the same boat here .... Was scammed out of approx. $95 by an "alleged" online seller called "BesonlineShop" and never received the item, a receipt, or anything else from them. Opened a dispute with Paypal and then incredibly several days layer Paypal sided with the seller and declined and closed my case. Claiming the seller provided "valid tracking info." that the product was delivered. Yet this so-called "valid tracking info." the seller ostensibly provided to Paypal wasn't really valid at all. But just an old USPS tracking# these criminals somehow go a hold of somehow, for an old package delivery made to our address over a month ago before I placed the disputed order! Wow ... apparently Paypal doesn't even really investigate anything, and just swallows any lie no matter how flagrant and obvious. And then closes a case which then locks you out with no avenue of appeal. And there's no way to contact a person at Paypal as the Cus. Ser. centers are closed due to the COVID-19 shutdown. .... Will give my CU's fraud dept. tomorrow, but very angry and disappointed with Paypal for such sloppiness and incompetence. ...
