1.The buyer wires me funds for purchase. 

2.i send the items on buyers adress

3.the shipping company finds that the address is invalid and reports to you.

4.the buyer contacts shipping company and tells them the address have been changed and they bring him the items to diffrent address(they dont report this to paypal)

5.buyer files a complaint that he didnt recieve the  items

6.paypal sees that shiping company didnt deliver items and cancels payment

7.the seller looses the money and the product

8.buyer sells the product for clear profit !

how do defend?

You should ALWAYS send to the paypal registered address of the buyer.

If they ask you to send to another address then refund them > tell them to add a gift address to their paypal account > then pay you again using that address.
