I received some payment from a strange person. Immediately my account was limited with paypal citing unsual activity. I have since refunded the cash and now my account has a negative balance. What is happening?
Paypal was requesting proof of transaction but I do not have one since I never did any transaction 😞
And by the way, what should I do when paypal requests proof of transaction with a buyer to whom I had offered services without any form of documentations?
