I recently have a complicated open dispute case which I believe it is out of my hand to deal this case. 3 person involved It all started when I had sold my Louis Vuitton Bag and the buyer(1) told me that his friend(2) will pay me the money. The money was sent in correct amount and I had done dispatched and sent via UPS tracking : delivery in the Uk. The item was delivered and someone had collected. The next couple of days, the friend(2) who had sent me the money had open a dispute that he had not received an item which I get confused. Additionally he(2) said that he was purchasing 2 luxury shoes which cost the exact same as my LV bag and told me that the seller(1) to send the money to me. I had asked him(2) that what is his address and the result came that the delivery is not the same as the buyer(1) mentioned and I didn’t know that there is another transaction going on meanwhile this buyer(1) buying my LV bag I find it fishy how the price are the same and the posting date are the same as what I had told to buyer(1) and what buyer(2) send me photo of the conversation I believe that this is a scam, they person(1) gets benefit that I believe he never gonna send his item to the person(2) and instead of telling the person(2) to send me the money and for me to believe to dispatch my LV and send to the person(1). Seems like my LV is gone for good but I cannot refund because I cannot get my bag back which on the other hand the person(2) ask for refund €1000 ... what shall I do ! Report to police or talk to paypal services
