Paypal won't help in getting my money back from a purchase I made about a year ago. The company Annah Hariri took my payment and kept using the pandemic of covid19 as an excuse not to send my purchase in time. Now of course over a year has passed and I can not find a way to get either my purchase or money back. Any advice from you to find a way to get my money back.

Why wait past the time limit of 180 days?
You should have filed a dispute > got a refund > then if the item did turn up its easy enough to just pay the seller again.
