Moneypak $5 Promotion Problem?

I had the went to the Moneypak page for the promotion earlier, and they had told me that their systems detected that I had already used Moneypak, and so I should get the $5s in my account. However, it's been seven or so hours, and it's still not added to my PayPal balance. Is this happening to other people?

MoneyPak usually issues these credits within 7 business days of the transfer of funds into PayPal, provided you have registered with them and have never used a MoneyPak to add funds before (additional terms may apply).  If you haven't received your credit after 7 business days, you'll want to reach out to MoneyPak.
