I ordered on Nov. 30. Last week, I filed a claim asking for refund since tracking number doesn't work (label created but not entered). They shipped out the order 2 days after I filed the claim then they responded to claim with the same tracking number... I am waiting on paypal to see what's going to happen. Though, I don't have my hopes up of getting my money back anymore.

Same, after filing this dispute with PayPal (still under investigation) they suddenly woke up and provided a new tracking number, one that still doesn't appear to exist or work over a week after the fact.

Call your bank that you have for PayPal to draft your money from and report fraud for a PayPal transaction they will do what Paypal can not make it right. PayPal doesn’t back us the buyer just the seller because that’s where they get their $$$ so they protect them at all costs.

At least you got a ‘dispute’ logged with PayPal. They were not interested in my claim.

They sure do know how to cover their tracks to avoid having to send money back. They did that to me, I'm STILL waiting on the order.

They go under a variety of names; definitely sketchy. I tried to cancel immediately after my order (phone issues) and they ignored me. Trying to dispute the charge in PayPal, but I'm not sure how successful that will be based on some of these comments. FYI: They also go by ChestnutFive (whom I used) and as other users have stated, also Wasabi Six, and Cherry Volley. Good luck.

I hope PayPal is able to punish this company, they are not responding to emails and definitely frauding people. I haven't received anything from them not response to thousands of my emails sent to them

PatPal said it is up to me to chase up the refund, blah, blah, blah. I wanted PayPal to ban the company from using PayPal, but they refused to acknowledge there was a problem.

Yep ok, I’ve read all reviews below. All have same issues. Now I’m joining in with same problem. So now what? I’ve no interest in commenting just to vent. What action comes from this?
