We would need a class action attorney, We wouldn’t be getting much of anything in the way of money but on principal paypal and smileyhomey needs to be shut down completely and permanently
Yes, I ordered on January 20, 2020 and still have not received my order. I had emailed them, but they only said that the shipment was in transit... seems to be a scam.
Buyer beware! A very important lesson I thought I knew well. I also ordered from them and have not received item. Their website is non-existent and their support address gets no reply. This place is bogus and taking our money. With all the complaints logged through PayPal, I wish PayPal would have given me a heads up before they issued payment to them. I had no idea they were not legit, until my item didn't arrive and I started looking into it. Again, buyer beware! I should have done the research before I purchased. Why doesn't PayPal have a warning system to their customers when they see a payment going to someone they know is having complaints lodged against them? My advise to anyone looking into buying something from this company?? DON'T DO IT! Paypal *Smileyhomey "Scam Alert"
its unbeleivable i was lucky i managed to speak to a member of the resolution centre who closed the case in my favour and credited my money back. i said there are hundreds of reviews online where people have been scammed.her response was if we thought they were scamming people we would not allow them to use paypal as a payment option ???????? HELLO PAYPAL do you not realise how many people you have had to refund.
