The PayPal Community Help Forums are a fantastic environment for seeking the suggestions, perspectives, and insights of other PayPal customers. Just like you, these Community members use PayPal every day, and are in the best position to offer creative, outside of the box solutions. Some Community members have been around for a long time and have accumulated a lot of knowledge, and they're happy to share it with you. The Community thrives on this kind of sharing, and I encourage each and every one of you to contribute your own knowledge to help the Community learn and grow!
You'll also see a few PayPal employees around from time to time. These will always be marked with a PayPal Symbol next their user ID. PayPal employees may be listed as Employee, Moderator, or Administrator. Anyone not marked with the emblem and whose title is not Employee, Moderator, or Administrator is not a current PayPal employee. Here's a larger version of that emblem:
Mostly, PayPal staff are here to keep things working smoothly, but we do also publish some Tips. From time to time we'll also jump in to help answer some questions. Still, the Community is here for PayPal customers to share the wisdom of other PayPal customers, and most discussions will not see participation from PayPal staff.
Please keep in mind that the Community is meant for general information. If your question is account specific and requires the review of a PayPal representative, your best course of action is to contact PayPal Customer Service. To call or email, click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any PayPal page. Another option is to reach out to @AskPayPal on Twitter.
Thank you for participation in the PayPal Community Help Forums! We look forward to reading your posts!
