Thanks for reaching out. 

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to cancel a payment that is currently pending on your PayPal account. Can you please try clearing your cache & cookies on the device that you are currently using and then try this again on a different browser to see if this helps?

I've tried it on two different browsers and no success,it just keeps taking me to the transaction details after I click on the cancel button and no further options after this.
