Ive had the card reader around 12 months and hasnt been used much. Im trying to set it up to use tomorrow evening and I can't get it to sync.
When switched on the green light flashes around 15 times then flashes alternate green/red. The sync button doesnt do anything, no blutooth light.
I've tried several times to do a factory reset but with this same result as the outcome.
Any ideas. Im very angry that Ive only used this 3-4 times and now its not working at all. I also emailed customer services and have had no response,.
