Samsung S5 Not Pairing With Reader

My samsung galaxy S5 isn't finding the card reader in bluetooth no matter how I tweak the settings. Anyone else have this problem? Card reader is fine cos the old iphone 5 picks it up in a blink

There are no known issues at the moment. Can I ask is your bluetooth picking up on other devices or are you just experiencing issues with the PayPal Here card reader?

Yes the S5 picks up my laptop signal  in a blink. I can't figure why it's not even finding the paypal reader?

I am having the same problem it works fine with the iphone but not the s5

Sorry to hear this. Have you updated your phone to the latest software? Can you try removing the app & re-installing it?
