Merchant Fees

Please can you clarify whether the lower merchant fees that reduce based on volumes through my website booking system also apply to Chip and PIN payment taken through PPH or is it always 2.75%?

And additionally, is PPH payments taken plus the online bookings taken through website ADDED together so I can apply for merchant fees sooner as this means I can reach 1,500£ sooner? It appears yes as it is the same account?
