How do I save and print off receipts for items bought via paypal for my business accounts?

Welcome to the community forum.

Do you mean how do you print receipts for transactions you receive through PayPal Here? 

Once you accept a payment you are given the option to 'issue receipt' by email or SMS. If you then wish to print a record of your sales activity for your own accounts you will need to log into your actual PayPal account to do this.
