Dear Trianta....
WOW..... I too almost felt that way from the continual hammering ! Especialy without any message from PayPal regding ISF. It isn't like thier server cannot be programmed to generate such a notice to thier clients, providing clients a heads-up to avoid banks overdrafts, scams, or theft... and provide a "real time" service for us, cause all of them sure quick as a wink to electronicaly manipulate funding, but not communicate with their clients on difficulties or situations of ISF !
I AM HOPING PayPal will just go ahead and be and INDUSTRY LEADER... and adopt and create and employ a server program that will actualy in REAL TIME... communicate ISF or Funding errors/difficulties notices to thier clients as fast as they do succesful transactions and post them.
But of course....... the banking / financial institutions rely on such problems and delays in availability of funds and ISF's to generate billions every year !
Go ahead PayPal... BE THE FIRST... "GROW YOUR CLIENTEL countlessfold" be the best banking/financial institution on earth !
I dare ya!

i thought that paypal set up / adding a second account would prevent being hit by bank for insufficient funds
no text to my mob - so thinking had set payment to be made from second account a couple days later after having received item i find out insufficient funds
so now i go to the bankd and they have taken £35
then i go to second account transfer the money over
and now a mesage from paypal saying they are going to hit the second account
i am scared to look at the damage done
i am considering hibernating forever and starving until all the bad times have passed
how to resolve it a cannot begin to think
thought we was protected from all this kind of £££t
what goes on paypal?

Hi emmb,
It sounds like your back up funding source has been charged as your payment failed from your bank account. On PayPal when a payment fails from your bank account we will automatically charge your back up funding source which is your registered card on your PayPal account.
I hope this helps explain a little more you.
Paula
