Hi someone please help.I've bought quite few thing but I've just gone to pay for something on ebay using my paypal and its saying my payments not being accepted log on to www.paypal.co.uk. W.anyways whuwa can't i pay for.have i maybe. No money in my bank account.ls help
My guess based on what you have said is the payment is being stopped when we try to take it from your card. The card company usually give us no reason for stopping the payment.
My advice would be to contact your bank and ask for the Online Authorisation Department as they will be able to help with this transaction.
