how to pay for item if in dispute with other ebayer and account shows withheld funds

i have an ebayer who has opened case and this now shows a negative balance with paypal,how do i pay for another item while this this case gets resolved

I would like to know the answer to this question as well! 🙂 Before I could pay with (annoying) eChecks, but somehow I can't right now. Keep saying I'm having a negative balance while my balance is higher as the item I wanna pay for..

Welcome to the UK Community Forum and thanks for posting!

If your account is showing a temporary negative balance due to a transaction being disputed, you would need to resolve the negative balance by adding funds to the account before you can pay for another item.

Hi Maria Thanks for your reply. Only this doesn't work. I've tried it with adding 100€ to my funds, to pay an item which costed me 45€- and still I was unable to pay for my item.. It's confusing me..
