how to make an apeal

I bought an item buy it now,paid for it, ebay pulled the item and the seller, said i had not been charged, but i have, asked paypal for a refund, but they closed the case without a refund. how can i be at fault. gone round in circles but cant figure how to complain

Hello
no have had no expination as to why my claim was not allowed
as I said it was ebay who cancelled the purchase after I had paid via paypal so surely I must be due a refund
sorry I dont use either facebook or twitter

I am sorry to hear that your case has been closed. The best option here would be to give us a call. On the phone we can confirm what happened with the case as there are two many variables to start speculating here. Our phone teams will be happy to talk you through things and if the case is eligible for appeal we will be able to do that on the phone also.
