i purchased 3 items on ebay, unfortunately, my bank account needs verification. the first two item i purchase under the same seller is waiting for payment but still i decided to pay for the third item and directly my credit card on file was charge. I was wondering how come i was not able to do it on the first 2 items? and i did try it again, do the payment the same way on my 3rd item but its telling me to wait for verification.
What exactly is the message you're seeing when you attempt to make a payment? There are several reason you may not be able to use a credit card but I can't say for sure without knowing what the message is.
