Greetings everyone,
We are starting a renting online shopping cart and we would like to charge the clients the cost of renting with a security desposit. With any credit card, the normal procedure would be to do a pre-authorisation of the payment, and after the renting refund the security deposit and charge de renting fees.
Is that possible with Paypal? Is it done with a normal transaction and then with a partial refund? If it is done that way, is there any maximum delay for the refund without any fees?
