I booked a flight and payed with paypal but the payment is still pending .The airline cancelled my booking so the payment will not be claimed but in my PP account it still appears pending and with no "cancel button". I need to do the booking again but I don't want them to charge me twice. What can I do?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment. If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
