Some time ago, I went through the arduously slow process of transferring money from my bank account to my PayPal account, followed by transferring the same funds from my PayPal account to a friend's. The funds were sufficient, and the transfer fee was to be taken from the total payment, thus not requiring any further funds to be taken from my PayPal account. And yet, after the 6-8 full days have passed, I return home to find that the funds have been returned, and what was once a good friendship has been strained. PayPal, the money isn't the issue here, it's my reputation. I am a reliable individual, and I make it a point to repay my debts when I say I will. Because of you, I now have to explain to my friend why I suddenly look like a cheat. Mind giving me an explanation for him?
