What happens if I don't receive an item ?

Hello. I was wondering how well protected am I if I use paypal to pay for an item and I dont recieve it ?

There is buyer protection for non receipt of item or item received but not as described. 

However it's important you read up as nothing is 100% secure. 

You need to pay In a way to qualify and risk assess your transaction.
