Trying to pay for my item(s) and i keep getting, "We were not able to process your payment"

I've had this problem for about a month now and it's really frustrating because when i try to pay for an item on ebay they give me a limited time to pay for the item... Please someone help ASAP!

 And the thing is i only have this one prepaid card that I bought at my Local Seven eleven store, it has a load of 100$

you have to go to the prepaid card site and register the card or paypal wont accept it as valid i hope this helps
