Hi I am interested in buying off a private buyer on the fishing tackle classifieds website: tackle-trader.com. I was going to pay using my paypal account (send money for goods) then he will send me the item. Will I be covered by the buyers protection if something doesn't work out ie goods not turning up? Many thanks

You will be protected the same as if you were buying an item from ebay BUT remember buyer protection is not a "cover-all" so read it up first so you know what protection you get.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
