I think I have been scammed by two seperate sellers when purchasing iphone 5 from ebay.
Seller 1 told me that they no longer have the item after I made the payment with paypal. They also told Paypal the same thing on the day I registered a dsispute. I escalated my case to claim and paypal still gave the seller 10 days to reply. It has now been more than 10 days and the seller has not replied and Paypal are still waiting for the seller's response.
Seller 2 told me that their account has been frozen by paypal after I made the payment and refused to send the item. once again, Paypal are fully aware of this but will not do anything for 10 days.
I am currently more than £1000 out of pocket and getting very nervous if I will be protected by paypal.
