Can anyone tell me why on payment from a buyer is showing a red flag against it? When I hover over it it comes up as 'Risk Alert!' Searched all through 'Help' and it didn't lol! Hope someone here can point me in the right direction. Hope it is nothing serious as I have posted the purchase today before I saw this alert on PayPal.
can anyone help me? i have had about 5 payments paid in to my pal pay account today, but all of them have a red flag risk alert next to them, does anyone know what this all about??
I'm told it's a glitch of a security test that was not supposed to be rolled out but accidentally was & there's nothing to be concerned about. most of our payments have the red flag. had this for 3 days now. but had no problems.

yes. we send out over 100 items a day from paypal payments. we have sent all ours out over the past 3 days. this is just an error on paypals part and will be safe as far as i can work out. paypal are very slow in responding to this question.
