Hello rave-prasad, and welcome to the forums!
Your best bet is to contact the merchant, either through their website, or through the email address associated with the transaction in your Transaction History. If you do not receive a reply, you can file a dispute in the Resolution Center. You have up to 45 days from the date of the purchase to file a dispute, and after that you have up to 20 days to escalate it to a claim.
