I realise from the forum that this is a common & recurring problem but despite repeated attempts I am continually receiving this Paypal error message when attempting to pay for an ebay purchase.
"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."
I am attempting to pay using my Paypal cash balance plus an additional top up from my registered (with paypal) credit card.
I have also tried using the Paypal suggested work round of using the "Send Money" button but all that has not worked either.
In addtion I have followed ebay's help guide re this problem re. clearing cookies & cache etc. but to no avail.
Likewise I have posted a request for assistance on @askpaypal but have yet to hear anything back.
Finally following another paypal admin post I have checked and yes my paypal account is linked to my ebay account.
My concern is I need to pay the Ebay vendor ASAP as they are awaiting payment.
Your assistance to help resolve this matter would be appreciated.
